Computer Science Engineering Department
All members of the department are committed to creating a culture that encourages technological innovation and exploration of the latest advances in the rapidly changing field of Computer Science.The department has modernized and well-equipped laboratories in the fields of Computer Software, Information Technology, Image Processing, Computer Hardware, Grid and Cloud Computing, Big Data and Internet of Things among others along with the latest software packages.
Electronics and Communications Department
The department focuses on infusing confidence in the minds of students and to develop them as entrepreneurs. It develops expertise for consultative activities by providing opportunities for industry – institute interaction. The Department has good infrastructural facilities, full-fledged laboratories with well equipped hardware and software which improves the practical working competency in the students.
Elelctrical and Electronics Department
The department has well equipped laboratories with standard quality equipments. The department is catering to the needs of the industry by training students to make valuable contribution. The Department focuses on uncompromising academic standards in imparting both theoretical and practical instructions with a view to prepare professional engineers.
Civil Engineering Department
The department offers a concept-oriented teaching-learning process coupled with practical knowledge through industry-institute interaction. To enhance the technical and employability skills of our students, the Department encourages the students to undertake an internship, in-plant training.
Mechanical Engineering Department
The prime objective of the course is to advance the students with a Sound knowledge and educate in Mechanical Engineering Principles with implementation of Outcome Based Education to meet the needs of academics industries. Our experienced faculty members stay updated in their fields through various research and consulting activities.
Mining Engineering Department
Mining Engineers design, construct, and manage surface mines, underground mines, and quarries. Our objective is to provide a quality education that blends theory and practice to produce a mining engineer who can enter and pursue a successful career in the field of Mining Engineering and is prepared to meet the vigorous demands of natural resource development throughout the world.
Humanities and Science
The department has a team of highly-qualified and well-experienced faculty members and non-teaching staff. Many faculty members are experts in some of the emerging fields of English, Mathematics and Physical sciences and have made significant contributions in their own fields
Master of Business Administration
The MBA programme is a 2-year (4 semesters) full time Master Degree programme in Business Administration. While the first year is devoted to foundational course, the second year would enable the students to gain depth knowledge in different areas and specialize in elective fields like Finance, HR & Marketing.
Diploma All Departments
The Diploma in Engineering or Diploma in Technical Education is a program focused on practical and skills-oriented training. It aims to provide students with industry or job related engineering knowledge, scientific skills, computing and analysis, mathematical techniques, a sound knowledge of English to communicate in the field and ability to apply problem solving techniques. Its duration is minimum 3 years. Many countries in the world recognize it as equivalent to pre-engineering or bridging course when considered for continuing studies in engineering related bachelors or associate degree programs. After successful completion of diploma in engineering course, students can either continue further engineering studies in undergraduate level or get employment as junior engineers, sub engineers, associate engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, machinist, workshop technicians, CAD/CAM programmer, manufacturing, tool and die designers, etc...
